Donald Malson

1937-2007

Donald W. "Bucky" Malson has been providing distinguished service and innovative ideas to the Muzzle Loaders Associations International Committee (MLAIC) while serving as Secretary General since 2002. Prior to his election to that position he served as the Delegate from the United States for 27 years and was that nation's MLAIC founding member. Obituary

Brian Richards

1930-2005

Brian joined the MLAGB in 1960 and was a founder member and Chairman of Cumbria Branch, a position that he held for the rest of his life. He represented Great Britain on many occasions including trips to Europe and the USA. He was a fine shot with the shotgun but of late concentrated his efforts on mid and long range rifle shooting winning an individual medal at the Long Range World Championships held at Bisley in September 2005. Bill Roberts

1934-2004

One of the great American champions of long range muzzle loading was Bill Roberts. A skilled engineer, Bill appeared to be able to turn his hands to most things including complete locks and swages for hexagonal Whitworth bullets. A warm man, he shared his knowledge and was a mentor to many. Obituary
