Artax is an Italian manufacturer who introduced a full match 'Rigby' rifle to their catalogue around 1999. Potential purchasers should beware that the rifling twist of those seen to date is approximately 1 turn in 30" and is not suited for long range. It has however been seen to achieve some outstanding scores at short range and with a faster twist rifling should perform well at long range. Further information: |
