Title: Identification of Volunteer Corps Uniform

I have a photograph of my Grandfather in uniform. This would have been taken c1900.

The National Army Museum have suggested that  he was serving with the Rifle Volunteer Corps.

Would anyone be willing to let me have more details.   Obviously a sight of the photograph will be required, - I can send a copy as an attachment to an email

I have replied to the gentleman to the effect that there are just not enough details visible to come to any conclusion.
