Rifle Volunteers Oldham

I am researching and writing the history of the Oldham Volunteer Corps from 1798 to 1888, within this period is included the 31st (Oldham) Lancashire Rifle Volunteers. They were formed 1st Feb 1860 and commanded by Lt Col John George Blackburne . In 1863 they became part of the 7th Administration battalion along with the 23rd (Ashton) LRV, the corps changed to 22nd Rifle Volunteer Corps in 1882, then became the 6th Volunteer Battalion of The Manchester Regiment in 1888.
Most of the information I have relating to the 31st is from researching the local press.
Does anybody have any information or material relating to the 31st LRV. I would be intrested if anyone knows the whereabouts of uniforms, buttons etc.
