I have just acquired the following item:
 

 

 

 
There are no maker's marks and it is approximately 4" high.
 
Whilst the occasion is clear I am at a loss to understand the significance of "Unity is Strength" and "Erin Go Bragh" in juxtaposition.
 
Can anyone shed any light?
