Saeco Lubrsizer

I just bought a Saeco Lubrisizer in hopes of repeating what I can do with my PG. I have been resizing for the Gibbs with a Lee sizing die and works perfectly Grin

I cannot say the same for the Saeco, it will not accomodate PJ 45001 Creedmore(1.43") bullet they are to long Sad

.
The puny opening between the top punch and die is 1.23",I'm hoping to send the whole mess back where I bought it and get the RCBS#2 sizer.
I had heard such good things about the Saeco, boy am I dissapointed Sad

You'll be much happier that way, just ask PJ to make you a mould according to your specs - doesn't cost the price of a lubesizer...

Etienne,
IMO the best way to get a rifle shooting to its capabilities is to make sure you purchase a mould that is spot-on as to dimensions, which always can be a bit hard with factory-produced moulds. Then again, I am a confirmed Breechloader shooter, so who knows... But the right bullet of the right size, shape and weight for YOUR rifle will make quite a bit of a difference, trust me!

That is very good advice. I noticed in an earlier post from you that you were considering a Gibbs rifle. You should be aware that the bore of the Gibbs is slightly shy of the standard .451 bore diameter. That is not a problem but if you are planning on a custom mould you need to the the maker know that the bullet is for the Gibbs. Both Paul Jones and Fred Leeth (Pioneer Prducts, West Alexandria, Ohio) have made match winning bullet moulds for the Gibbs.
